Drawing its suppleness and finesse in the depth of soil of the appellation, thanks to thirty years old rooting, Larmanela is a very old Syrah from special selected place for the grape variety which loves so much our very special climate. This wine will accompany your very special moments of sharing, in any season.

GRAPE VARIETIES: Syrah, Grenache

IDEAL DRINKING TEMPERATURE: 15 - 16 °C

IDEAL FOOD ACCOMPANIMENTS: This very fine wine can be married with all red meat and lamb, as well as grilled or cooked. Served with a dark chocolate dessert or a black forest cherry cake, it will be just delicious.

AGEING: 5 to 10 years

SOIL AND SUB-SOIL TYPE: Chalky-clay scree.

AVERAGE AGE OF VINES: 35 years

VINIFICATION/MATURING: Traditional vinification with temperature control and long maceration. Aged in 400-litre barrels during 24 months.
